Vita certifikat (webinarium 21 september)
Energy Efficiency Obligations – A Toolkit for success
Date: September 21, 2016, 15.00-16.00
Speaker: Edith Bayer, Jan Rosenow
Summary of the presentation
Energy Efficiency Obligations (EEOs) are a strong driver of energy savings in Europe and around the world. Many Member States have chosen EEOs as an important policy to support compliance with Article 7 of the Energy Efficiency Directive. This webinar draws on the recently published “Toolkit for Energy Efficiency Obligations” to discuss elements of EEO design, and specifically to answer: What are the main considerations for designing, implementing, and (over time) improving EEOs? What are examples of best practices that have led to successful schemes? And what are some of the most frequent barriers and how might they be overcome?
